Alex Lei, Vice President and General Manager of Taiwan Office

Alex Lei joined Metanoia Communications in 2022 to help with the management of our Metanoia office in Hsinchu, Taiwan. He brings his expertise to Metanoia 5G RU development and business engagement with the domestic Open RAN/O-RAN ecosystem.

With over 20 years of experience as a BU and R&D head, Alex is a seasoned executive who has led various networking product lines, including 5G RAN/CPE, WiFi AP, Mesh, xPON, HGU, IP Cam, IoT, and Cloud. Throughout his career, Alex has worked with a range of OEMs and chip vendors, and he is particularly skilled in R&D project communication and management. He has a track record of building and leading innovative teams.
